Through August 1, 2010 Ellicott City Restoration Foundation Annual Historic District Photo Contest Exhibit. Tuesdays and Saturdays, 1:00 to 4:00PM Howard County Historical Scoiety Museum (www.hchsmd.org); 8328 Court Avenue in the Ellicott City Historic District. 410-750-0370. The Foundation sponsors a photo contest each year for photos taken within the Ellicott City Historic District. Cash prizes are awarded and all entries are exhibited at the Howard Ciounty Historical Society Museum for the months of June & July.
