May is National Photography Month: Take your best shot and enter the Annual Ellicott City Historic District Photo Contest!
This contest is open to all amateur photographers. All photos must have been taken in the Historic District of Ellicott City, MD. Cash prizes will be awarded in three categories: Junior (17 and under), Adult (18 and over), and a yearly special category. All submissions become the property of The Ellicott City Restoration Foundation and may be used in future publications. Check back for a 2011 application.
