Chef Michel Tersiguel and wife Angela introduce the restaurant's Tour de France whereby they designate a different charity each month for a 10% donation from all lunch and dinner prix fixe meals purchased during that month. Each month the restaurant will feature prix fixe foods from different regions of France.
